Tea ceremony and sound therapy
Tea and sound make a natural pair. The tea ceremony brings everyone into the present moment: slow pouring, warm cups, quiet conversation. Then the sound therapy takes that calm and makes it deeper.
After the tea, the group moves into a sound session with handpan, singing bowls, flutes and voice. Because the mind is already quieter, the sound reaches further, and many people say this is the most relaxed they have felt in a long time.
Artemiy Starod leads the music live and adapts it to the group. The program can lean more towards conversation and tea or more towards deep rest, depending on what your guests need.
