Your right to return
Under EU consumer law you have 14 days after delivery to return an instrument. The instrument must be in its original condition.
How to return
- Write us in Telegram within 14 days of delivery and tell us which instrument you want to return.
- We reply with the return steps and the address.
- Pack the instrument carefully, ideally in its original packaging.
Refund
Under EU law the refund is made within 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may wait to refund until we receive the instrument back.
Before you buy
The best way to avoid a return is to hear the instrument first. Most instruments on the site have a recording of that exact instrument, and we can send more video and audio in Telegram.
