Sound healing in Valencia
A sound healing session is the simplest way to rest deeply without having to do anything. You lie down, close your eyes and let the sound work: the handpan, singing bowls, flutes and voice create long waves of tone that the body follows on its own.
Most people notice the first change in the breath. It slows down, the shoulders drop, thoughts get quieter. Some fall asleep, some see images, some simply lie in silence between the notes. There is no right way to feel it, and you do not need any experience with meditation.
Every session is played live by Artemiy Starod, a multi-instrumentalist who also teaches sound healing. Nothing is a recording: the music follows the room and the people in it, so no two sessions sound the same.
We hold sound healing at Handpan Studio Valencia and we bring it to you: your home, a yoga studio, a hotel, a retreat or a celebration. Sound healing at your place costs €550. Write us the date, the place and the number of guests and we will confirm the details in Telegram.
