Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship from Valencia, Spain to 40 countries. Europe: 3–10 days. Worldwide: 7–18 days. Handpans and large instruments are sent in protective cases.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return an instrument?
Yes. Under EU consumer law you have 14 days to return an instrument after delivery. The item must be in original condition. Contact us to arrange a return.
Can I see or hear the instrument before buying?
Yes. We can send video and audio demos for any instrument. If you're in Valencia, you're welcome to visit us in person.
Is a handpan suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Handpans are designed to be played intuitively — no music theory or prior experience needed. Most people can make beautiful sounds within minutes.

How are instruments packed for shipping?
Singing bowls are wrapped in protective material and packed in secure boxes. Handpans are sent in their 44cm protective carrying case, carefully packed for transport.
