What is sound healing?

Sound healing uses the vibrations and frequencies of instruments such as singing bowls, handpans and gongs to promote deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.

What happens in a sound bath

You lie down comfortably, close your eyes and simply listen. A practitioner plays bowls, gongs or a handpan around you, from soft single tones to long layered sounds, and finishes with a few minutes of silence. Most people describe it as a deep rest for body and mind.

Who it is for

Anyone who wants to slow down: people dealing with stress, meditators, yoga practitioners, or simply the curious. Sound healing is a relaxation practice, not a replacement for medical treatment.
