TERRASTRA holds regular sound bath ceremonies in Valencia using handpans, singing bowls, and other resonant instruments. A sound bath is a group experience: you lie down comfortably while live sound washes over you. Most people describe it as profoundly relaxing — some fall asleep, others enter a meditative state. Sessions typically last 60–90 minutes.

Private Sound Healing Sessions

Sadhu Board Sessions
Alongside sound healing, we offer guided Sadhu board (nail board) sessions. Nail standing is an ancient psychosomatic practice that develops presence, focus, and resilience. Sessions combine breathwork, gradual exposure, and integration — suitable for complete beginners. No prior experience or physical preparation required.
Starting a Home Practice
Many of our Valencia customers begin with a session and then want to continue the practice at home. The most accessible starting points:
- Singing bowls are the simplest and most affordable entry point. A medium bowl from our collection can be used daily for meditation, breathwork, or simply to mark transitions in your day.
- Tongue drums require no musical knowledge and produce a warm, meditative tone that's immediately usable in a home practice.
- Sadhu boards are compact and can be used at home with zero setup — 5 minutes in the morning before the rest of your routine.

Valencia has a significant Russian and Ukrainian diaspora, and TERRASTRA is one of the few sound healing spaces in the city that works comfortably in both Russian and English alongside Spanish. Several of our sessions are attended primarily by Russian-speaking expats who want to maintain a practice they started back home or discover something new. All are welcome.
